Jennifer Page Killen is an associate in the Orlando office of Thorne & Associates, P.A.  She has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2003 and has practiced Workers' Compensation Law since her admission.  She has defended large self-insured employers, corporations, servicing agents, and insurance companies throughout the State of Florida.  She is a skilled litigator who has tried cases before several Judges of Compensation Claims throughout the State.  She has been peer review rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest level of professional excellence awarded.  Ms. Killen is also a member of the Judge William Weiland American Inn of Court and she serves on the board of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Orlando division.

Prior to joining Thorne & Associates, P.A., Ms. Killen was a partner at a statewide workers compensation defense firm.  In addition to successfully handling complex workers' compensation matters, she has also practiced Personal Injury Protection, liability and construction law, making her a well-rounded litigator and advocate for her clients regardless of the industry in which they are involved.

Ms. Killen received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2002, with honors, and served as the Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Operations, with honors, from the University of Florida, College of Journalism and Communications in 1999.

Her professional affiliations include memberships in the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.

Ms. Killen also has extensive experience speaking at conferences and seminars on a wide range of workers' compensation topics.  She is an accredited certified instructor and lecturer for continuing education courses.
